Peter Georgiev started the Illinois Foreclosure Listing Service, ILFLS.com, in 2005 with the help of one programmer. The website soon became the best source for foreclosure listings in Chicagoland used by more than 80% of the active investors in the foreclosure field. In 2010 Peter met Bardan Azari, an ILFLS client at the moment, and they have seen the opportunity in creating a bridge service which will serve foreclosure investors using a similar technology like ILFLS and the business expertise of a professional bidder. Peter assembled a team of programmers and both with Mr. Azari set up the workflow of the new service: from research to the auction bidding. Currently Peter is heavily involved in the strategic web development projects of ILFLS and Probidder. Also he is responsible for managing a team of programmers, freelancers, and online marketers.
