Quinn grew up on Chicago’s Southside the youngest of 8 kids. After selling real estate and originating mortgage loans for 8 years, Quinn took a class called ‘smart foreclosure buying’. Stumbling into his first deal, he became amazed at the opportunity to build wealth while simultaneously helping distressed home owners. Over the next 6 years Quinn employed a unique system he pioneered allowing him to complete 112 preforeclosure transactions. By 2003 word had spread and Quinn started receiving requests to teach his investing system to aspiring real estate investors. Mrs. Mary Goins Richardson is a CEO for Personal Investment Corporation located m Park Ridge, Illinois.

The services which her company provide includes a comprehensive bi~monthly

taught daily.
Mrs. Richardson studied at the University of California at Berkeley where she
studied and received a B.A. degree in Psychology. Mrs. Richardson has an
extensive management background whereby she has wOl"ked in supervisory
capacities with several Fortune 500 corporations. She was nominated as
"Outstanding Woman of the Year".
In addition, Mrs. Richardson has qualified to sell Real Estate in the state of Illinois.
She has broadened her Real Estate education by completing investment courses and
has a thorough working knowledge of foreclosure investment strategies.
Mrs. Richardson, in addition to conducting her own seminars, has served as a guest
lecturer for various real estate groups. Most recently she was a lecturer at the
"Rich Dad, Poor Dad" seminar where over 1000 people were in attendance.
During the summer Mrs. Richardson mentors and teaches real estate to school
children between the ages of 10 ~ 17.
Furthermore, she has participated in C1V1C, church organizations and community
forums explaining the dynamics of the foreclosure process. Mrs. Richardson is a
very active alumni from her high school in Mississippi where she mentors and
awards college scholarships every year. Mrs. Richardson believes that one person
can make a difference. She adopted an entire fourth grade class on Chicago's west
side and purchased coats, hats and gloves for each student because ONE person can
make a difference.
Mrs. Richardson originally hails from Mississippi, but now resides in Park Ridge,
Illinois with husband Johnny and daughters - Raphaelle, Raquelle and Rachelle.
