All passwords and Login Names are case sensitive
For users accessing ilFLS.com through Internet Explorer browser and having Windows operating system we suggest trying the following options in order until the problem is resolved:
- While in Internet Explorer Browser, click on Tools > Internet Options
- Click on the Security tab
- Click on Trusted sites
- Click on the Site... button
- Type in ilFLS.com and remove the check by “Requires server verification (https:) for all sites in the zone”
- Click Ok
- Click on the Advanced tab
- Click Restore defaults
- Remove the check by “Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart)”
- Click on the General tab
- Click on Delete Cookies and Delete files under Temporary Internet Files
- Click Apply then Ok
- Close all windows and restart
Additional options you can try:
- Check your browser's security settings. Some browsers, such as Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP or Windows 2000, can cause problems when trying to login to ilFLS.com when the browser's security settings are set too high. Try changing to a "Medium" security level. [For Internet Explorer 6 in Windows XP, go to Tools > Internet Options > Security]
- Try using a different browser such as: Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/)
